2 days ago I woke up and was feeling awful. I started to get the chills, muscle aches, fever, and was miserable. Yesterday I began to have diarrhea and have ever since. I have to go to the bathroom like every 5 min and my stomach is in excruitiating pain?Now my stomach barely hurts and the diarrhea is still going on but much less of it. What should I do? Is this the viral gastroenteritis? Do I need to go to the doctor?
