Question by Kenaki: Stomach flu (Gastroenteritis) signs good or bad?
I have Gastroenteritis or some say stomach flu. When I first had it I thew up once. Now I am using the toilet like every 5-10 minutes. My brother said that he had it once and he told me not to drink or eat anything at all. Thats how he got rid of his stomach flu fast. I was wondering if by drinking lots of water and gatorade will help or doing his way. Is having diarrhea a good sign? Because I thought that the diarrhea tries to watch out the bacteria and toxins. Also is it a good idea to drink a lot of juice and gatorade at once?

damn it, if you stop drinking you will suffer dehydration just keep drinking water and keep your temperature down!
